Visual Art Institute's Figure Academy is an intensive 2 to 4 week figure workshop experience for Jr. High and High School age students. Students will study figure drawing in the morning and figure painting in the afternoon. Daily in-depth critiques help students engage in each other's work and give students personal direction for successive studies. Students are exposed to the works of contemporary figurative artists and may have opportunities to hear from visiting local artists.
