Step Into Spring
Weigh Active and Healthy is designed to help the community engage in physical activity and assist with healthy weight management.
A 10-week program starting Monday, March 31 and finishing Saturday, June 7. For every week of the program we will meet at a park and walk 1 mile. Each week there is a scheduled park, date and time for the walks in Salt Lake County.
Please come to all of these walks and bring your friends and family. It's never too late to join! We can't wait to see you there!
